We build cottages using Scandinavian timber frame technology, designed to withstand even the harshest climate conditions. Every stage of construction — from the foundation to the roof — is carried out in accordance with building regulations, industry standards, and modern engineering solutions.
- Foundation — Reliability from the Ground Up
The foundation is built using steel screw piles with wall thicknesses of 5–7 mm, filled with concrete for maximum strength. Each pile is installed to a depth determined by geological surveys and is capable of supporting loads of up to 4 tons. The piles are connected with specially designed braces, creating a unified structural system that ensures the long-term stability and durability of the house.
- Frame and Walls — Built to the Highest Standards
Our cottages are constructed using kiln-dried, planed, and calibrated timber, ensuring structural precision and long-term performance.
Superior Insulation Performance
- 20 cm cross-layer mineral wool insulation in the walls
- 25 cm insulation in the ceiling
- 20 cm insulation in the floor
This high-performance insulation system provides excellent energy efficiency, reduces heating costs, and ensures year-round comfort.
- Roofing — Durability and Weather Protection
Depending on the architectural design and structural requirements of the house, we use various roofing materials, including: Arvedi Italy corrugated steel roofing, 0.5 mm standing seam roofing by Arvedi Italy
For terraces and roofs with slopes below 6°, we use premium PVC membrane roofing, providing:
- Complete waterproofing
- Quiet performance during rainfall
- Long-lasting durability
4. Windows — Warmth and Comfort
We install VEKA windows equipped with double-glazed units and five-chamber profiles. These windows deliver exceptional thermal insulation, soundproofing, and energy efficiency, helping maintain a comfortable indoor climate throughout the year.
5. Moisture Protection — Innovative Building Envelope
To protect the house against moisture and ensure proper vapor permeability, we use SUPREME vapor and waterproof membranes by Strotex. This advanced material protects the structure from wind and moisture, allows excess vapor to escape and helps maintain a healthy indoor environment
6. Heating Systems — Comfort in Every Season
To maintain an optimal indoor temperature, our cottages are equipped with modern heating solutions:
- Air conditioning system
- Underfloor heating
- Wood-burning fireplace stove
